Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PARCEL?
If order is placed before 4pm, it will be delivered same-day Auckland-wide if Local Delivery option is selected.
All other cities outside Auckland will be delivered via overnight courier. Please be advised that perishable items like frozen and dairy will not be able to deliver as courier box stays overnight at courier depot. If the order is placed right before the weekend it will be delivered on next working day. For instance, order is placed before 4pm on Friday it will be packed ready to be collected by courier driver. He will pick parcel on Monday morning, parcel will stay overnight at depot and will be delivered on Tuesday morning. For ideal next day delivery please place an order on weekdays.
Product which you can see on website might not be available in-store. Our supplier supply stock every week or twice a month. Instead of waiting to get it back in stock, we'll refund it.
