In a pan, sauté 500g of Lamb pieces in 1-2 tbsp of oil for 2-3 mins.
Add 1 chopped onion & saute until golden brown.
Stir in 2 tbsp of Mother’s Recipe Rogan josh Paste with 2 tbsp
of tomato paste & 1 ½ cups (350ml) of water.
Mix & bring the contents to a boil.
Simmer covered for 10-15 mins or until the lamb is cooked & the gravy thickens.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
