Tandoor baking can be traced back over 2000 years to when the Egyptians were building the pyramids. The teardrop shape develops when the bread stretches as it hands inside the walls of the tandoor, with a distinctive uneven charcoaled appearance and a unique aroma.
Unlike many alternatives available, Shana Naan is tandoor flame baked using a traditional recipe with only the finest ingredients. Absolutely no preservatives, flavourings or eggs go into making Shana Naans.
